Endospheres Therapy is an FDA-approved, non-invasive Italian body contouring and skin-tightening treatment. It uses a honeycomb-style handpiece fitted with 55 rotating silicone spheres to generate low-frequency mechanical vibrations. This "Compressive Microvibration" aims to reduce cellulite, stimulate lymphatic drainage, relieve muscle tension, and boost circulation without surgery or downtime.

Ferida Vucetovic is an Endosphere therapy practitioner who operates the Endospheres machine. She uses compressive microvibration technology to perform non-invasive body contouring, lymphatic drainage, and cellulite reduction.

What the Practitioner Does

  • Assessment: The practitioner evaluates your treatment areas (legs, arms, back, or abdomen) and adjusts the device's sensors for your skin's sensitivity.

  • Application: They apply a specialized oil and guide a roller device containing 55 silicone spheres over the skin.

  • The Sensation: The spheres generate low-frequency mechanical vibrations that feel like a rhythmic massage or "vascular gymnastics".

  • Aftercare Guidance: They will typically advise you to drink plenty of water to flush out toxins released during the lymphatic drainage process.

Treatment Goals

Practitioners use this therapy to achieve multiple aesthetic and wellness goals, including:

  • Cellulite Reduction: Breaks down fibrous septae that cause the dimpled appearance of cellulite.

  • Lymphatic Drainage: Eliminates trapped toxins and excess water retention.

  • Muscle Toning: Activates neuromuscular spindles to enhance muscle tone and speed up athletic recovery.

  • Skin Tightening: Stimulates fibroblasts to boost collagen and elastin production.

Typical Treatment Plan

  • Session Length: 60 minutes per area.

  • Frequency: Most specialists recommend 6 to 12 sessions, usually scheduled 1 to 2 times per week, for optimal results.

  • Downtime: There is no downtime, allowing clients to resume normal activities immediately.

Endosphere Therapy is best with a 12 session package, results seen usually after around 4 sessions. The first session comes with a 30 minute consultation.

  • One session full body 60 minutes $175 (original price)
